Our efficient assessment process is founded on observation, professional discussion, work product, and is an entirely personalised service. Whether you are an experienced practitioner, or new to the job, our service will ensure that you are working to national standards, and that your experience is acknowledged, as well as providing scope for professional development. Group training providing underpinning knowledge, can be organised as part of our bespoke service for employers.

About this qualification

NVQ accreditation is gained by providing evidence that your competency and knowledge meet National Industry Standards, which are divided up into mandatory and optional units.

  • Mandatory units ensure Quality mark criteria such as 'Matrix' and 'Community Legal Services' general Quality Mark can be fully met.
  • Optional units. The flexibility and scope of the qualification ensures that each Frontline worker can choose units that are the most appropriate to their role and professional development.

The New QCF framework builds credits towards gaining higher qualifications.

Please contact Sheila Standard on 0161 237 3660 (Quality Nominee) for more information and discussion of your needs. We welcome enquiries from both individuals and employers.
